How fast is your VPN service?

Theres too many varibles to mention, but general location / distance, plus your own isp given speeds will impact the performance, each server is on a FULL GbE Uplink. Bandwidth resources are fairly shared among others. If you're on a wired connection with speeds exceeding 250-600Mbps you can expect to get 100-500Mbps in Download / Upload Speeds.

How does billing work?

You can pay invoices via PayPal Secure Checkout on our dashboard - in 1-3-12 Month Intervals. We allow 3 Days as a buffer to ensure your services don't become interupted. We may reach out to remind you, just to ensure you're aware and we don't flip the switch on your services.

What happens if I run into issues?

Our techs will start a remote session with you, to better understand your problems and scopeout the cause to form a resolution.

There is NO fee associated with this level of support. This would be covered in all paid plans.
